Paul Davenport

Paul Davenport started out as an Assistant District Attorney in Middlesex County, and now represents clients throughout the courts of Massachusetts and at every level. He appears regularly in the courtrooms of District Court, Superior Court and Federal Court and has defended clients accused of all charges ranging through first-degree murder. He has argued appeals through the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts, and regularly handles collateral matters to criminal defense, including mental health issues, substance abuse issues, Sex Offender Registry Board (SORB) hearings, criminal record expungement, and Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV) hearings.

Attorney Davenport completed his undergraduate education at Johns Hopkins University, a Master's Degree at Boston College in Political Theory, and law school at Boston University.

He has been in private practice since 2001 and has tirelessly fought for his client's rights and freedom.
