We have helped many small businesses get up and running by helping them form as businesses by drafting their articles of formation, filing their business structure with the Secretary of the Commonwealth, drafting their initial contracts and agreements, and helping them to protect their investments and capital.
Civil Litigation
We have handled all forms of civil litigation in the courtrooms of Massachusetts from medical malpractice to personal injury to civil rights litigation. We have argued discrimination cases before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) as well as large civil lawsuits in both Superior Court and Federal Court.
Criminal Law
We have defended our clients against criminal accusations ranging from misdemeanors all the way up to first degree murder and at every step of the process from grand jury investigations through jury trial. We appear regularly in the various courts throughout Massachusetts and at every level including the various District Courts, Superior Courts, and Federal Court.
We also zealously protect our clients' collateral interests to their criminal cases by litigating their mental health issues, assisting with their substance abuse issues, and arguing before related administrative boards such as the Registry of Motor Vehicles and Sex Offender Registry Board.
